第五章(Chapter 5)

狐狸！

还没等大家反应过来，几个橘红色的身影便闯了进来。绿色的眼睛闪烁着饥饿的光芒，张牙舞爪的朝河心扑了过来。

“啊!" 河心反应过来，却已错过了反击的时间。

刹那间，鲜血从河心的侧腹奔涌而出。猫头鹰鼻朝云爪喊道，快，躲到育婴室里去，你应付不了！”说罢，便奔向了战场。

云爪清楚自己才刚刚被成为学徒是没法战斗的，便乖乖遵循猫头鹰鼻的命令像育婴跑去。

而柳光则让月爪躲在了巫医巢穴深处，教他如何配置疗伤的草药。

战场上，英勇的战士们你一爪我一嘴的与入侵者对抗。战场上的杀声不断，听的云爪胆战心惊。他在心里默默祈祷” 星族保佑，大家一定不要受伤。”

入侵的狐狸数量较多，大家都有喘息的机会。狐狸们算是拼上了自己的老命也要混口吃的。

猫儿和狐狸们你撕我扯，你死我生，沙土飞扬。

作为族长的雾星十分清楚，在沙地上战斗并不利于她的族群。于是，他奋力摆脱了束缚，还不忘侧身将后爪狠狠刺向攻击她的狐狸。

狐狸顿时惨叫一声，但却还是踉跄站起，在雾星身后穷追不舍。

雾星一边加快速度，一边向她的武士们大喊：“ 快，将敌人引到河边！”

听到雾星这一喊，大家仿佛睡梦醒初一般，纷纷挣脱束缚并逼迫敌人向河边跑去。

猫儿们的跑速如飞一般，可狐狸首领那甘心到嘴的鸭子就这样飞了，于是乎，率领着队员在后面狂追。殊不知，危险即将来临。

眼看就要跳进河里，河族猫们加快马力，纵身一跃，跳到了河对岸。可狐狸们却刹不住车，纷纷掉进了冰冷的河里。

而河族猫并不打算就此放过侵略者，她们潜入河底，展现出如犹鱼儿般优美的身子。

狐狸们摸不清头脑，一心想要赶快游出去，丝毫没有注意到在他们底下的河族猫。

见时机成熟，河族猫们跃出水面，前爪伸出，将狐狸的脑袋狠狠压进水里。

狐狸们大惊，本想嚎叫反咬敌人，却因被按在水里张嘴吐出的不过是泡泡。

强烈的室息感激发了狐狸的求生欲，它们四爪乱蹬，企图让敌人松口。可河族猫却不吃这一套，它们死死的按住敌人，丝毫不心慈手软。

时间流逝，被族猫按在底下的狐狸逐渐没了动静，而它们的爪子也酸了，于是便纷纷跳起，给敌人头部最后的重重一击后，便游上了岸。

芦苇须欢呼道”河族同胞们，我们胜利了！“

大家也都随之欢呼”河族，河族，河族！!"

可就在大家都放下了戒备之时，又有只狐狸却不知从什么地方窜了出来，并张开血盆大口 咬在了离他最近的松鸦掌的背上。

松鸦掌惨叫一声，随后便扑向它以牙还牙的给了狐狸的背部一爪。其他人也反应过来，猫头鹰鼻和闪毛将它死死按住，松鸦掌借此机会划破了敌人的喉咙。

在三人松爪的一瞬间，大量的鲜血从狐狸的喉咙喷出，狐狸张开嘴巴想要呼吸新鲜空气，可因失血过多，身子最终还是软了下来。

Fox!

Before anyone could react, several orange pelt foxes emerged into the camp. it's green eyes glittered with hunger as they lunged toward Riverheart.

"Ah!" but before Riverheart could even react, the fox attack her, the foxes sharp claws ripped her pelt.

In an instant, blood rushed out of Riverheart's flank. Owlnose turned to Cloudpaw, "quick, go hide in the nursery, you can't handle it!" With that, he ran into the battle.

Cloudpaw knew very well that he had only just been made an apprentice and was unable to fight, so he obediently followed Owlnose's order and ran to the nursery.

Willowshine, on the other hand, had let Moonpaw back to the medicine den to prepare for injuryies.

On the battlefield, the warriors fought against the invaders with grate courage and skill. The killing sounds on the battle were constant, and Cloudpaw prayed silently and truthfully " Grate Starclan, please help us! "

The number of invading foxes was larger and everyone hadn't had a chance to catch their breath. The foxes don't mind of lossing their lifes for a tiny bit of food.

The cats and the foxes tore at each other, it's a game of life.

Mistystar, as the leader of Riverclan , knew very well that fighting in the sand was not in the best for her clan fighting in water is their advantage. She quickly broke free from her oppononent with a side kick.

The fox instantly screamed miserably, but staggered to its paws and chased after MistyStar.

Misty Star increased her speed while shouting to her warriors, " Quickly, lure the enemy to the river!"

Hearing Misty Star's shout, everyone, as if waking up from a sleep, broke free and forced their enemies to run towards the river.

The cats ran as fast as they could, but the fox leader was not willing to let them off eazily, so he led his pack to chase after them. But he did not know that danger will find him soon.

The eye is about to jump into the river, the river cats to speed up the horsepower, jumped to the other side of the river. But the foxes couldn't stop and fell into the cold river.

The River Cats did not intend to let the invaders off the hook. They dived to the bottom of the river and showed themselves as graceful as a Utah fish.

The foxes were so confused and focused on getting out of the river that they didn't notice the River Cats underneath them.

When the time was right, the cats jumped out of the water and pushed the foxes' heads into the water with their front paws outstretched.

The foxes were shocked and wanted to howl and bite back at their enemies, but because they were pressed into the water they opened their mouths and spat out nothing more than bubbles.

The feeling of unable to breath made the foxes' desprate to break free, and they stomped around on all four paws in an attempt to get the enemy to let go of their mouths. But the river clan cats do not eat this set, they are pressed to death by the enemy, not the slightest mercy.

As time passed, the foxes under the cats' pressure gradually stopped moving, and their claws grew sore, so they jumped up and gave their enemies a final blow to the head before swimming ashore.

Reed Whiskers cheered "Fellow River Clan, we are victorious! "

Everyone cheered along with him "RiverClan, RiverClan, RiverClan!!!"

But just when everyone had dropped their guard, another fox came out of nowhere and opened its bloody mouth and bit the nearest jay palm on the back.

Pine Crow Paw screamed miserably, then pounced on it and gave the fox a claw on the back in return. The others reacted as well, with Owl Nose and Shining Fur holding it down for dear life, and Crow Paw took the opportunity to slash his foe's throat.

The moment the trio released their claws, a large amount of blood spurted from the fox's throat, and the fox opened its mouth to try and get some fresh air, but its body eventually went limp from the loss of blood.
