　　罗老师是一个对工作认真负责的人。上课前，罗老师总是拎着录音机神采奕奕地走进教室。上课后，罗老师会带领我们读课文和单词或是让我们做习题。如果遇到了较难的题目，她就会帮我们讲解，直到我们懂了为止。如果罗老师感冒了，她还是会坚持为我们上课。

　　罗老师在课上很严厉。记得三年级时的一节英语课，我仅有的一块橡皮掉在了桌子下面，我正要弯腰去捡。这时，罗老师看见了，她连忙对我说："不许捡！"当时，我以为罗老师是非常不近人情的人。后来我明白了，罗老师是让我上课时集中注意力。正因为有这件事，正因为罗老师的教诲，我的听力题一直做得都不错。
