我的老师有很多，他们都曾经教会我过什么。在众多老师中，我最敬佩的是已经教我四年的英语老师——王丹老师。
她有一双炯炯有神的大眼睛，高高鼻梁，戴着一副黑框眼镜，留着齐肩的短发。一看长相就可以知道，她做事干脆利落，绝不拖泥带水，她对我们的要求也一样——今日事，今日毕。
记得刚上一年级时，我性格内向，上课不敢举手发言，王老师见状，课下便与我沟通，为了鼓励我，她让我在英语早读时做领读员带领全班领读，这对我来说是个大大的鼓励。现在，无论上什么课我都积极举手发言，这对我的.自信心及各科成绩都有很大帮助。
她一天要上好几个小时的课，即使如此，她也没有放弃对每个学生的关注。有人退步，她提醒；有人进步，她便鼓励；有人上课走神，她便提醒批评；有人上课听讲认真，她便表扬。她从没太严厉或太松懈，以如此的方式促使我们进步——从来都是这样，这也是我敬佩的一点。
