　　迎着早春的晨风，我蹦蹦跳跳地和大家一起，来到了位于校园西南角的英语角这个小花园。花园前赫然立着一块浪花状的牌子，上面醒目地写着几个红色字母:English corner。花园的门口栽了两棵菩提树，它们摇着长长的手臂，似乎对我们表示欢迎。往前走，就是一条小径。小径左边长了一棵柏树，右边则长了一棵八角刺。它们发出沙沙的声音，似乎在警告我们不许破坏绿化。我沿着小径，穿过小桥，来到了花园中心。

　　花园的东面长了几棵高大的玉兰花。玉兰花还是一个个花苞呢，外面毛茸茸的，像一个初生的.小婴儿。花园的南面有两个喷水池，喷水池十分平静，只有鱼儿游泳的声音，偶尔，你还能看到它们呢。水池边上是一座堆砌精美的假山，假山由一些奇形怪状的石头堆砌而成，远看过去，就像一座城堡。假山的旁边，是一片幽静的小竹林，里面长满了翠色欲滴的竹子，一阵风吹来，竹叶便沙沙作响，仿佛是女王在与密友窃窃私语。|||花园的西面开满了花朵。腊梅开得正旺，这儿一丛，那儿一簇，很不少。瞧，腊梅的花瓣纤细颀长，呈透明的淡黄色，层层花瓣包裹的中心，是嫩黄的花蕊，细闻，还有一股清香哩。腊梅的后边，还栽了几株含苞欲放的茶花，像一个个害羞的小姑娘。最外层则是一些广玉兰，它们挺着高大的身躯，像是在保护这边花园。花园的北面有一片绿莹莹的草地。草地上长了许多不知名的小花小草，其中就包括艾草。草地两侧栽着几棵香樟树，似乎是守护这片草地的绿主人。
