　　暑假了，学校放假了，小朋友们都开开心心地回家了。

　　今年暑假是我上小学的第一个暑假，我报了英语兴趣班，来学习英语。今天是第一天上课，我早早地就起床了，整理好我的小书包，收拾好一切，就和妈妈一起去上课。英语老师罗老师非常和蔼，她帮我们每个小朋友都起了英文名字。我叫Tony，这是我的第一个英文名字，小朋友们也都有了自己的.名字。Tony是漂亮的，时髦的意思，我很喜欢这个名字。紧接着，老师让我们各自介绍自己的名字，学校，班级，兴趣爱好，还有喜欢的宠物。我喜欢的宠物是小狗，老师就告诉我小狗的英文是dog，我跟着老师读，就学会了。

　　老师上课很有趣，我们听得很认真，我发现我越来越喜欢英语了。我和小朋友们一起做游戏，边做游戏，边学单词，不一会儿功夫，我们就学了好多。下课后，我高高兴兴地和罗老师说了一声再见，老师笑着说，“再见”英语怎么说的，我也笑着说，“goodbye”。

　　回到家，我和妈妈一起复习了今天学到的，最后我对妈妈说了一声，thank you。

I have been very fond of and good at English and computer ever since. Therefore I placed first in the school computer competition last year. My hobbies include swimming in summer, skating in winter as well as collecting stamps and listening to popular music in my spare time.
