Tonight was the first showing of the opera ‘‘La Traviata’’（ The Lost Lady ）at Dr. Sun Yat-sen＇s Memorial Hall. The Chinese performers were singing the western opera.
As the crowd of people grew outside at seven-thirty, my excitement grew, too. Some people wore fancy clothes, but most people wore clean, comfortable ones. In the hall we were seated close to the musicians below the stage.
They played exceptionally well. And when the singing started, we lost track of the time and place. The costumes and stage settings, and the music and singing were beautiful. The program lasted three memorable hours.

“叮铃铃，叮铃铃”上课铃响了，这节课是一节英语课。同学们说说笑笑地向教室走去，咦，他们手上提着是什么？红彤彤的苹果，金黄的'橘子，紫艳艳的葡萄等各种水果。刀子、叉子、盘子等餐具，还有一瓶水果色拉酱，嘿嘿！今天我们学习做水果色拉：let‘s make a fruit salad.
老师让我们每五人一组。我、戴可为、张瑶瑶、袁灿还有左佑被分为一组，开始动手做水果色拉了。
我先剥开小蜜橘，将去了皮的橘子放在事先准备好的盘子里，香蕉、葡萄、芒果等放进盘子里。该削苹果了，我拿起苹果手忍不住抖起来，差点削到了手，就这样总算削完了一个苹果。可苹果早已坑坑洼洼，像火星上的陨石坑。
我开始第二步水果切块，它相比削就容易多了，我把大的小的水果放在案板上，大刀阔斧地切起来。咦？切过的水果怎么千奇百怪、形态各异。大的大、小的小，算了算了，不计较这么多了。
咱们进入第三、四步吧！我正要往切好的水果里放入色拉酱，结果看到高晟翔的鼻子，鼻子上全是色拉酱，我忍不住哈哈大笑起来，高晟翔看到我笑他，便像我发起了“攻击”，我赶紧防卫，他看到“攻击”不起作用，便张牙舞爪地向我扑来，我赶紧躲开。最后，他还是没“攻击”到我。
