　　我喜欢知识渊博的'老师，只有老师拥有丰富的知识，才可以传授我们更多的知识，才可以让我们在社会上立足。

　　在小学，我就喜欢上英语课，还喜欢我的英语老师杜小佳老师。自从我上了初中，我更喜欢上英语课了，还有我的英语老师――寇永萍老师!今天，我在这里主要介绍我初中的英语老师。

　　寇老师戴着一副近视镜，圆圆的脸，大大的眼睛。寇老师英语说得可棒了，有八级的水平呢!

　　记得期中考完试，我就被老师评为了英语课代表，我也不知道为什么，再说我期中考试又没有考好。就这样，我就当了半个学期的课代表。

　　快期末考试了，我每天都在做练习题，特别是英语，因为我是英语课代表啊，如果我这次考不好，我这个英语课代表不就白当了吗?同学们一定会对我失望的，老师也会对我失望。所以，我下定决心，一定要努力!

　　我赶快抓紧时间做练习题。这时，我被一道题迷惑住了，想问老师，但是又不敢。

　　经过一番心理斗争，我终于鼓起了勇气，走上讲台。我的'心就像一只小兔子一样在怦怦直跳。我的问题刚一出口，寇老师就拿过我的练习册，之后就给我温和地讲起题来，直到我听懂了为止。我回到座位上，就想：“寇老师原来这么温柔，以后我的练习题不懂，就应该多多请教她!”我继续做起了练习。

　　时间过的真快啊!一转眼，就到期末考试了!

　　那天考英语时，我用了快半个小时，就把试卷做完了，接着我又从头到尾仔仔细细地检查了好几遍。

　　老师收起卷，刚走出教室，我就跑到寇老师监考的考场门口，等寇老师出来。当我知道正确答案后，我又算了算自己的分数，恩，九十五分，太好了!

　　我认为我的英语老师是一个热情、敬业、幽默、有耐心、认真、负责的人。

　　有一次班里的同学被别班的学生欺负了，她二话不说就去把那班的某同学叫出来。她很冷静，她并没有说是像其它人一样指责那个学生，而是心平气和的'去和她讲道理，我也觉得老师很有礼貌。老师还特地在办公室里教育那位同学，不想把事情闹大，但那位同学好像并没有听进去，她不仅不道歉，而且还骂老师，但是班主任并没有生气，而是继续教育她，。最后那位同学终于想通了，不再和老师犟嘴。

　　我们都知道老师一定是在忍，终于，她告诉我们：“同学们，你们以后要是被别班的欺负了，就告诉我，我一定不会让我们班的同学不占理，哦，我说的可不是别人没欺负我们，我们反倒去欺负别班的同学，这可是不允许的哦，如果有别班的老师给我说我们班的同学欺负她们班同学的时候，我一定会重罚违反纪律的那个人。同学们你们一定要学会忍耐，不能因为一点小事就和别人发生冲突，你们都记住了吗？”我们异口同声地回答：“记住了！”

　　老师不是我们的父母，但她们都有一颗爱我们的心，老师也有自己的孩子，所以她知道我们应该如何养成好习惯。

　　尽管她们不是我们的父母，但是他们是我们的引路人，她们可以助我们走上光明的道路。

　　我们的英语老师是敬业的，她经常让我们背课文，默写单词，周五的时候她常说让没有完成任务的同学留下来，可是她就过次呀，不过就是想让我们积极起来，不要让她的努力白费。

　　我们的班主任还经常说：“我们七、1班是个集体，我们一定要互帮互助。”

　　热情呢，就是下课的时候有老师从她身边走过，她就很礼貌的问好。“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干。”我觉得这来形容班主任最合适不过了，她们总是尽职尽责，我们这么多小孩子再加上她们的孩子，真的很累，但是她们扛下来了，这是她们的责任！

　　像这样尽职尽责，有耐心的人能有多少啊！只是寥寥无几！这是怎么筛选筛选再筛选给我们一个如此优秀的班主任啊。这不就是我们的榜样吗？尽管她是个教师，她也始终没有忘记她以前也是个学生！
