　　老严者，字严，号厉，四川人也，身高五尺有余，汇灵一老头也。

　　提到“老严”，我们班无一人不惧他也。到他的课，我们都早已安安静静地坐在教室，真可谓是“满坐寂然，无敢哗者”。我们之所以这样做，是为了能准确判断“老严”到哪里了。“老严”到四楼时都会习惯性的咳嗽几声，这是他大驾将至的标志，不到五秒，你准会看到一个如风一样的老头准时出现在教室门口。

　　在“老严”上课时，他绝对要求教室安静无声，以便都能专心听讲，全部接受信息。他所说的“无声”，就是针掉在地上你能听到很响的声音，这就是老严的第一点魅力。厉害吧！

　　还有更绝的，“老严”的课堂警示语是“3、2、1”，每当他念出这三个数字时，所有人连反抗的欲望都没有，简单来说，就是对他的所有命令都只能乖乖就范，不折不扣执行，这真的'很神奇，很有魔力。

　　不单是他的课，所有课他都要求这样做到规范认真，这不由得让我想起语文老师那个“大坏人”。居然跟“老严”贯彻一样的方针。读书、背书紧盯我们不放。完成不好还用一组排比句骂我们。我想这是老严的第二点魅力，他精诚团结所有科任老师一起来征服我们。

　　我们的“老严”有一句最经典的自创名言“硬功夫+carefully”，它的意思是实力加细心。可我们做作业时常忽略细节，所以让他很生气，生气过后，他还是会语重心长的告诉我们“细节决定成败”的道理。从开学到现在，这样的理念不仅深入内心，可以说是深入了我们每一个人的骨髓。所以，我们在逐渐改掉以前那些坏习惯。他还戏谑着说道；“上帝给我们两只耳朵，两只眼睛，一张嘴，目的是让我们每个人多听，多看，少说。”老严这样的理念，我认为也是有巨大魅力的。
