by 介词 通过…方式或手段 后加V-ing，划线提问用how
He studies Chinese by reading the textbook.(划线提问) How does he study Chinese?
2.What about reading aloud to practice pronunciation? 大声读练习发音怎么样？
=Why not read aloud to practice pronunciation?
提建议句型：why not=why don't you +V原 为什么不...?
What/How about +V-ing …怎么样?
3.The teacher spoke so quickly that I did not understand her.
=The teacher spoke too quickly for me to understand.
so…that+否定的句子 如此…以至于 转换为 too…to+V原 太….而不能….
4. The more you read, the faster you’ll be. 你读的越多，你就会越快。
the +比较级， the+比较级 越…, 越….
The more careful you are, the fewer mistakes you will make.
你越仔细，你犯的错误就越少。

11. It is +adj +(for sb)+to do. 对于某人来说做某事怎么样。
(1)it句型与动名词做主语进行转换。(2)动名词做主语，后面的动词用单数。
例句：It is good for our study to read books.=Reading books is good for our study.
12. try to do 尽力做某事 try doing 尝试做某事
例句：(1)I am trying to study. (2)I tried calling him, but no one answered.
