Parents' role in their children's growth
As is described in this picture, a daughter informed her mother of a good news that she has been accepted by the university which is the mother's expectation.
And the mom's face was full of satisfaction. Nevertheless we can see that parents interfere in their children's life and lead to the gradual loss of their children's independence. Therefore, we can discuss the causes and effects of this phenomenon, and it is of great importance for us to consider what roles our parents play in our life.
Actually, in today's society, our parents put more time on our study. And on this hand, we can also decrease our stress on study in our growth. In addition, we inevitably encounter some difficult to solve problems in our life and study. At this time, they always comfort and encourage us to be brave in the face of great varieties of difficulties, and they also tell us that we can change our mood to solve problems.
But on the other hand, they also make us be weak in our life journey. There are some reasons why they let us become fragile. As we all know, it is significant for us to confront the difficulty by ourselves, but they take care of us at all the time. The reason why we cultivate our independence is that we need to create an atmosphere in which we solve problems on our own. We consider about that if we depend on them for a long time, we will lose our independence which comes from the society. If we do not deal with this phenomenon in a timely manner, the children will not be able to have their own advantages in society.
As far as I am concerned, we ought to have selective accepting the help from our parents, and we should be more independent to solve the problems which we encountered. If we can solve these problems without delay, we will have our own life and enhance the independence of our self.
