This winter break, I delved into the renowned American author Hemingway's masterpiece, "The Old Man and the Sea." I was deeply moved by the elderly fisherman's unwavering determination. His story taught me that one must possess an unyielding spirit to taste the fruits of success.

The tale unfolds with a seasoned fisherman, well into his sixties, setting sail alone into the vast sea. He hooks a colossal fish that he struggles to haul in. For days, the old man engages in a relentless battle with this massive marlin, a creature many times the size of his modest vessel. Despite being fully aware of the daunting challenge, he refuses to surrender.

As if the struggle weren't enough, the marlin's injury attracts a horde of sharks, drawn by the scent of blood. Yet, the old man's resolve remains unshaken. He tenaciously fights off the predators, determined not to let his prize slip away. In the end, he overcomes all odds, dragging the exhausted marlin back to the harbor, leaving his fellow fishermen in awe of his incredible feat.

When I read " the senior fisherman think: Here to the seacoast really was too near, perhaps could have a bigger fish in a farther place...
